"Excellent place to stay if you want to be away from crowds and near nature. The sky and tree view from the igloo windows and ceiling were fabulous. It was a very peaceful place to stay to watch the snow falling and to view the Northern Lights. The igloo was clean, modern, and roomy enough for two people. "The property is secluded and about 30 mins away from city center. It is in a nicely quietly situated area. The goal of the trip was to hopefully see lady Aurora and to stay in an igloo. This resort met those expectations! I was very fortunate Aurora did her show right above my igloo! What a dream that was. I know Lady Aurora is a natural phenomenon, I was just very fortunate she did her show the night I stayed. I liked how the hotel offered the snow tubing and was able to walk on the frozen...

"The resort was very pretty and clean, and the cabins were incredible. The included breakfast was international and included lots of different options. Make sure you have a car though. Otherwise, you'll have to take a taxi everywhere. You can not walk to attractions."

"Nice staff, pleasant breakfast, and seeing the aurora borealis while lying in bed is an incredible experience. But it still can't quite justify the price. Quite a few short black hairs on the pillow (neither my wife, nor I have black hair) and if you don't get an igloo at the edge of the property, the light pollution is probably too bad to see much. A shame that a hotel that advertises seeing the northern lights doesn't at least dim the outdoor lights after 10pm (or put them on a movement...

"Overall nice stay! Buffet was delicious and probably the best buffet I have ever had. Rooms were very nice, especially if you’re lucky enough to have a sauna in your cabin. $40 credit for VIP membership didn’t do much. It was for public sauna or snow shoe rental only. "
