"L'hôtel et neuve et il reste beaucoup de retouche à faire dans les chambres,le personnelle ne parle pas l'anglais ,ne son pas former pour l'emploi qu'il ont à faire de la réception au ménage.Je ne comprend pas que expédia es acepté cette hotel.Le gérant de l'hôtel parle anglai."

"Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. "Was it really a homestay if they have european toilets and shower plus no interaction between homeowner and guest? Also about 20 beds available for a 'homestay' and guests are served pancakes for breakfast - not the true vietnamese breakfast the family was enjoying 10 metres from us.Calling it a back to basic bed and breakfast or guesthouse would be much more accurate.The whole homestay concept is totally overrated and should be avoided.
