"My wife and I loved our stay at Aliana Boutique while visiting Sapa! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our room on the 5th floor was very spacious with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The gym was a nice bonus, and the on-site restaurant serves some fantastic dishes. Shoutout to Leily at the front desk for arranging transport and tickets to Fansipan Mountain. It’s also an easy walk to the city center and all the main hotspots. Highly recommended!"

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. "The hotel is very near from the center of Sapa. We arrived at 8 AM and they let us check-in even though the check-in time was 2:00 PM. The view from the room was spectacular. The room itself was nice, nothing too special. No lift in the hotel which is a little weird. The entrance is on the 5th floor and the room above have very nice view. The restaurant is marked Halal though they serve alcohol and pork. The breakfast was good though there were not many choices."
