"Pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews, its more of seafront b & b, then a modern style hotel. Our room & bathroom were on the small side but we didnt mind it as we only staying one night.room was spotless, bedding & towels clean. Enjoyable breakfast & the staff were very friendly "

"It is a lovely venue. Very quiet. I am disabled and one of the reception team (Dan) very generously helped me with my heavy suitcase into the room. The room itself (a studio) was 10/10. Absolutely gorgeous. You couldn’t find a better place to stay in the area. I had to drive to my room from check in, but there was parking right outside the building. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm. Though I did not get a chance to use it due to my late check in and early check out. I’ve included this timing information as I couldn’t find it on the website anywhere, and it may help future visitors. It’s a beautiful place. Very clean room. Very luxurious. Plush fixtures and fittings. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It smelled lovely. The bathroom was enormous and the shower was wonderful. I would happily stay here for several weeks! The staff were so friendly and lovely. My one and only issue was the £100 room deposit that you need to pay when you check in. It was a total surprise. I’ve never been asked to pay a room deposit up front before. It was refunded the next day, but I would have preferred to have had notice before my stay. I think the hotel needs to make people aware before they arrive. I give 10/10 overall. It was practically perfect in every way. "

"Clean comfortable room, with a good price discount via one of the booking websites. Friendly and helpful receptionist for booking in, and free on site car park. Would have preferred fresh, rather than instant coffee for breakfast, and croissant that were a little more authentic. Will certainly re visit hotel if we return to Morecambe, but I'll pack a French press and some real coffee. Thanks for the hospitality."

"Everything was lovely but it states there is a jacuzzi and swimming pool which you have to pre book and the sauna etc..is over the other park so be warned you need to book ahead and take a towel ."
