"My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought...

"The hotel and staff itself are good. I do have an issue that you purchase a Parking Garage pass for $25 night, and then can't find parking in it, and have to go park elsewhere. The parking garage should be monitored more closely to allow the # of hotel guests that purchase the spots, to actually be guaranteed a spot! Totally ridiculous to have to drive around the whole place...just to exit and go elsewhere. OR...don't charge for parking to hotel guests...since parking is really not...

"We have stayed at this particular hotel 5 times in as many weeks. We like the location, the price has been good, and the staff is very friendly. We are only needing a place to sleep, so do not use the other available facilities. We enjoy the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Overall, reasonably clean and maintained. Will continue to use as needed."

"I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep...

In the parking lot, there was a hotel shuttle van with its windows smashed out, and several individuals were loitering nearby, which immediately raised safety concerns. Upon entering the hotel, the atmosphere was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lobby was lined with casino-style gambling machines, and there were people openly walking through the facility carrying...
