"Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. "Hotellet behöver uppdateras, men det kommer nog ske inom kort enligt dem. Maten var bra, och rummen var bekväma. Det bästa av allt är servicen och personalen. Måste vara de bästa personalen jag träffat av alla hotell jag besökt. Rekommenderas varmt!"

"It was another warm hotel stay in Whiz Prime Hotel Ahmad Yani Lampung from 18 to 20 February 2019. Very warm welcome came from Mr Alan, Mr Dicky, Ms Febyka and Ms Indri on 18 February. "I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too.
