"For the most part everything was fine, the front desk staff was nice, the security staff at the casino entrance were all friendly and the room was clean. What I didn’t like was the shower had a constant drip and there was no lighting by the sink and mirror, very difficult to put on makeup or see anything."

The free breakfast was not good and barely warm, coffee was nasty, hot tub had a gross film on top of the water and the outside was very sketchy. "Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine. "We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."
