"Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique à quelques pas des services, restaurants, épiceries et le quartier de la gare où se trouvent les bodegas des maisons célèbres du Rioja. Un des meilleurs hébergements à vie ! Je recommande fortement ! Seul point négatif, il n’y a pas de stationnement privé et ce n’est pas toujours évident de trouver du stationnement gratuit dans les rues."

"Room smelled of urine, after it was cleaned it smelled ok, but the urine smell returned. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Lots of rules, can’t take breakfast back to room, can’t eat in the lobby. I heard the word forbidden so many times. I asked for two wine glasses and they gave me juice glasses… they have a bar. Parking garage is a huge challenge getting in and out using a car lift. Our car was fairly small and it was still a challenge. The staff has to assist you to get your car out....

Het hotel overtreft zelfs de verwachtingen die de foto's scheppen — de beelden doen de accommodatie eigenlijk tekort, mede door een bewerkte filter die de sfeer niet goed weergeeft. In het echt is het veel mooier en warmer dan het eruitziet op Expedia. Het ontbijt was uitzonderlijk lekker en een echte highlight van ons verblijf. We boekten ook spontaan een diner in het hotelrestaurant bij, wat bijzonder aangenaam en praktisch was. Geen verborgen...

"This place is stunning! Old school room key (loved it!) and a beautifully renovated property with indoor (and outdoor) parking. Excellent place to spend a night or two during your trips. Going in my expectations were not high, but this place felt high end and the amenities, both inside and outside the hotel were fantastic. Right in the center of town too, so super convenient. Recommend it."
