"The room was very clean and kept so by with daily cleaning team . The beds were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great too.
The corridors could benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit bland and looked tired. Unfortunately some of the guests ( on my floor) didn’t adhere to the no smoking policy which concerned me enough to mention it to the reception team. I didn’t want an evacuation in the middle of the night ! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and housekeeping was similarly welcoming. I didn’t eat in the hotel as I was visiting family so ate with them however, It’s a great central location so very easy to use as a base to get around Logroño so for me was a perfect location. . I’d definitely consider returning for that reason."
