"bedroom is very basic. i was afraid to flush the toilet due to backup on the drain. breakfast was microwaved food which isn't ideal for me. most staff couldn't commucate in Englidh. Overall, not so pleasant stay."

"Our "Superior" room had a magnificent, second floor ocean view. The food at the Avalon restaurant was superb, but the waitstaff (Martin, Valentina, Valeria, Niorca and Yajida) were even better! Our room was cleaned daily by a very trustworthy staff. The shower water was hot. The hotel manager, Jesus, speaks excellent English and was very hospitable and helpful. "Muy mal,no tenían la reserva, llamé a hoteles.com, se solucionó, me cambiaron de cuarto, ducha sucia, el conserje me cerró la ventana lo cual me despertó, ingresaron pasajeros a las 6 y los atendieron en el patio que da a los cuartos, hablaban en voz muy alta en lugar de conversar en la oficina, ducha sucia y tapete de ducha demasiado sucio."
