"Only thing that was okay was the beds were comfortable and the view. But the customer service was not good at all! They seem to be doing the bare minimum, the food made us sick! Quality of the food was not good, breakfast was subpar. The tiles on the pool are coming off and it was dangerous walking in it. The chairs outside would break by barely sitting on them. Entrance going in and out to the hotel was really rough, need to be smoother out. Parking lot has no lights at all at night time. When...

"I stayed here for my birthday weekend trip with two girlfriends and it was awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms have AC and hot water. The property is walking distance from the El Tunco nightlife spots and directly in front of the the property is a convenience store. I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!"

"Very nice location with excellent views of the sea. Beaches are full of rocks, so very dangerous as water is very rough. Place is extremely old and needs to be updated. No water pressure at all when you shower. They have sea water pools at the beach but they are full of algae and are very slippery. Food is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The walking trails are beautiful but bring walking shoes for your safety! The sunset was espectacular!!"

Considero muy decepcionante haber cancelado una cantidad considerable por una experiencia que finalmente no pude disfrutar, especialmente cuando intenté resolver la situación...
