"hotel is nice with clean room and comfy beds. there is not much to do at this hotel there is no access to the beach or sea pools which are pictured on the hotel descriptions. food and drinks are expensive on the menu. I did not stay after my checkout time."

Luis and Camila went above and beyond when I felt the ac wasn’t functioning correctly and fixed it right away. They were Beyond nice and helpful with anything we needed. They deserve a raise or at least some recognition! There’s no doubt why this hotel has such a great rating I would definitely recommend staying here. "I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible.
