"Good resort with great facilities and had a great time there"

"This is the second time we have stayed at La Puerta de Nerja Hostel Boutique. The location is ideal as it is very close to bars and restaurants. Burriana Beach is a 15 minute picturesque walk away. The staff were extremely friendly especially the staff on the rooftop terrace, where we went at the end of an evening. A big thank you to the mature gentleman, his grandson and the waitress who were very attentive.. we loved the cake!! We would definitely recommend this hostel and will plan to return...

"Los Arcos have a very poor impression on arrival. It's a shabby old fashioned terracotta frontage amongst white pristine buildings. Parking is very difficult & staff at reception not helpful. We arrived a few mins early & were made to feel a nuisance. A simple free drink at the bar would have helpful. The receiption area is dingy, as is the breakfast area - cafe space. Bedroom had a large balcony & comfy huge bed, but again, dated. Bathroom small & towels seen better days. Plus side, lovely...

"Great location. Close to everything but quiet. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. No coffee/tea facilities but 1 minute from cafés."

"C’est un peu moins bien équipé que dans un hôtel; il n’y avait pas de couette de lit, seulement un drap mince, donc nous avons eu froid avec la climatisation qui était très dure à régler. Le lit pour deux personnes était petit. Par contre, l’endroit était propre et bien situé."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the town center. Everything was great except the construction right in front of the hotel entrance door. They were jack hammering the entire front entrance walkway with construction starting at 9am and they were done by 3pm. Many guests complained and asked for refunds or compensations."

"Perfect modern style small hotel right in the heart of the town close to everything you need… restaurants, bars, beach. Rooftop great for sunbathing if you don’t want to go to the beach. "Zimmer waren gut, sauber und normal groß. Leider war der Frühstückssaal völlig anders als auf den Bildern, wie in einer Kantine, nüchtern, nicht schön. Zudem war der frühstückssaal direkt unter dem Hostel. Keine Ahnung, wie alles miteinander verbunden ist"

"Geweldig uitzicht vanaf ons balkon. Receptie was allen echt moeilijk te vinden. Verder ging inchecken prima. Ruime kamers, fijn bed."
