"Los Arcos have a very poor impression on arrival. It's a shabby old fashioned terracotta frontage amongst white pristine buildings. Parking is very difficult & staff at reception not helpful. We arrived a few mins early & were made to feel a nuisance. A simple free drink at the bar would have helpful.
The receiption area is dingy, as is the breakfast area - cafe space. Bedroom had a large balcony & comfy huge bed, but again, dated. Bathroom small & towels seen better days. Plus side, lovely...
