"The problem I have with this “hotel” is that no where in the description does it say the facility is a college dorm. It is used as a hotel during the holiday breaks. The room itself was good convenient microwave, fridge and sink. Our experience with the check in staff was not a good one. "Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand und ist von Valencia ca. 25min mit dem Auto entfernt. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten war das super. Jedoch ist das Hotel ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig, anscheinend gab es da mal einen Wasserschaden. Die Zimmer sind von der Einrichtung her sehr einfach und minimalistisch gehalten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ganz ok. Die Rezeption war durchgehend besetzt und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend."

"Far away from city center but worth it for the space, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Front desk had amenities like razors and such that were very appreciated. There is a bus stop right next to the hotelso getting into the city was super easy. Overall, very pleasant experience."

"The property was exactly as advertised. A good sized, clean, room with a comfortable bed and bathroom facilites. There are cooking facilities, but bring your own pots and pans. Many people seem to complain about the lack of cutlery etc... You get exactly as advertised, those people clearly didn't read correctly. Staff were super friendly.
