"Resort-level hotel, with generally excellent service. Really fun spa (90 min free voucher used) which is like an amusement park for adults with sauna, plunge, and various water features. The location is excellent for beach access and all rooms face the beach, whereas the immediate area is not as nice but still walkable. Excellent staff and concierge. The restaurant was very good. We had cool weather so only walked the promenade and didn't try the beach, but the pools were nice."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, which was for 7 days. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and mostly helpful. A few amenities like the kettle were a little worn but not bad. The roof terrace was nice to have although we didn’t get to use the sauna as you need to inform the staff ahead of time to use it. "This hotel is a total home run. We were leaving the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. On our way to Marbella. I needed an overnight stay. Who would've thought we would fall deeply in love with Valencia. This hotel has it all. It's adjacent to the park… It has a serviceable restaurant and a pleasant bar. The rooms are magnificent with a wonderful rainforest style shower and etc. The hotel staff are beyond pleasant… And we're willing to put up with my halting Spanish practicing since everyone speaks...
