"Great location. Not the friendliest staff when we visited, and the resort could do with a little more TLC in places, but a pleasant stay regardless.
But we had a wonderful time. The Valentine's special was a rip off considering it was 90% the same food as the all-inclusive menu we had already paid for."

"Warning! The hotel is now Eleven Pearl, new owner and when you arrive they will not be aware of your booking! It will take a while to sort this situation out and will be stressful. The hotel and location is great though "

"The apartment is humongous and has three balconies. Very luxurious and at that price! We enjoyed our time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were plentiful and complete and clean. The kitchen area was great! The swimming pool was clean and tidy and pool staff was very attentive. Bedrooms were quite convenient.
The surrounding was so quiet we thought we were there alone!"
