"We did not use the Hotel..due to the problem of carpet...I discovered that carpets are dirty...with stains . I have a servere sinus..so i had to move to another place. "

I can’t understand why Expedia would allow me to book a room at urban park when they are closed. I would like a refund for the room I booked! "The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban"
