"Staff was on strike BECAUSE NOT PAID FOR FEBRUARY BY ORION AS AT 23 MARCH. Skeleton staff of six did an amazing job and must be commended. Lovely spot, but looks as though it will go to the dogs if Orion doesn't wake up. Are they in financial trouble?"

"the tree lodge rooms need some maintenance-very shabby and not clean-the beds were clean but the verandah needs to be cleaned-bird poop on the railings, quite dusty etc. DO NOT like the crocodile enclosure its unnecessary and boring. Staff could not do enough-they were awesome SITEMBILE the bar lady was AMAZIING"

"Nice place to stay. Not far from Ballito and the beaches. Lovely view on the sea from the bedroom. Studio is very well équiped with kitchen, barbecue, Tv, double bathroom etc. Gavin was really helpful and gave us some nice addresses for restaurants. "

"My stay has been excellent. I just wish they would make wifi and getting fixed quicker because I spent my whole stay without the wifi getting fixed. The staff are however super friendly, kind and extremely helpful"

"The view is amazing but the bed is rock hard like a box. The sheets were old used hospital sheets with holes in them. The towels were used old torn towels that resemble beach towels from a nearby resort. The carpet is filthy. The dryer takes 5 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. There is black mold in the shower. The grounds were spectacular. The agent did allow us a late check out. I would not stay there again. "

"This was absolutely the worst apartment I have come across on any online site. One year after the precious review and the lights are still not working. The apartment has an unbearable stench and one of the beds had no bed linen. Prior to our arrival the owner tried to set us up in an alternative apartment on the opposite end of town. "
