"Lied about there being a shuttle from the airport. A knowingly BLATANT lie! "Oh that's only for companies." I picked it b/c it was the ONE hotel with this feature. Should have known better.
ALSO lied about the checkout time on the internet; it said 3pm. But the desk attendant YELLED at me, TWICE when i checked out "late" according to him b/c "the checkout time is 12oclock." 1.) that's not what it said on the internet, 2.)
