"A new hotel, clean and typical Japanese omotenashi. Usual issues in common with all Japanese hotels with lack of adequate clothes storage (no wardrobe) even for a larger size room. King size room design was visually pleasing but functionally compromised as a result....limited storage, with space compromise for visual effect.Not a fan of this new fashion of having lobby mid building(20th floor) and having to walk through lobby to get another lift to room. Having said that this is a lovely hotel so comments need to be taken in balance."

"This is a great location and concept! No more space than needed, but very thoughtful with use of space and amenities. The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). Beautiful spaces that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. "

"Luxurious appearance. Convenient location for traveling abroad. Great views. Many shopping options nearby. Been here before and some of the rooms have minor damages but nothing to interfere with your stay. Very professional services. "

"The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. They had someone that could communicate in English to help with the check in. The hotel has plenty of restaurants including a TGI Fridays for those wanting a burger and fries. The 7 Eleven downstairs had plenty to choose from in case you had a late run. The hotel was very clean and the room had a beautiful view to the city. "

"The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. This is probably the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room. The breakfast was pricey, but filling and delicious (western and Japanese style). The 24 hour free coffee lounge was a surprising bonus. Oakwood Suites is an absolute bargain. "

"Wonderful high end hotel in good proximity to waterfront walk & Pacifica conference center. Get a high floor with executive lounge access for a complete western or japanese breakfast & teatime. Staff is extremely helpful though not much English spoken. No concierge to arrange excursions, but staff did research & found what i wanted"
