"We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. "

"There is no denying that the location of this hotel is beautiful. The view was just memorising and we never got bored of it. With only 6 rooms there were many times during our stay that we had the pool to ourself. The chef was great, the breakfast lovely and he was clearly very talented. We were however disappointed in a number of aspects. We found the service poor. There were many times throughout the day when we couldn't find the member of staff to order drinks or water top ups. "I originally booked the Essenza location. Because it was late in the season, Hotel Casa del Mare closed this location and booked us into Vizura which is brand new and nice with a lovely view but not on the water. We were traveling with another couple and we were very surprised to find that they were re-booked into yet another location Amforra, which was further away from Kotor. "Not bad location, however one needs to drive to get to any civilisation i.e. 7 km to Kotor & 7 km to Perast. Close to the "beach" & swim in the Bay. View not as nice as on the photo. I had the room looking at the mountain's top on the main road side, pretty nie. The host - a nice lady but doesn't speak English. Very difficult to find that place, GPS didn't recognize the address given. Some guy phoned the property & got directions for me. No breakfast served, but facility to make it yourself is...
