"We only stayed for one night, but the experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff on arrival were welcoming and clearly explained everything we needed to know. After a long, delayed flight, the bar staff served us some much-needed drinks, which were good quality and very much appreciated. "This is really a gem in Prizren! We had a lovely room with a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The location is just in the middle of the city centre. So lovely a place with very nice people. If we could have stayed more nights, we would have, and if we come back to Prizren, we will absolutely return to this hotel."

"The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service"

"The room was clean and quiet even though there were other guests nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. Free European breakfast that included freshly crafted espresso or macchiato. The elevator was small so if you have a group or a family you might have to make 2 trips"
