"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

"L'hôtel est génial, la nourriture délicieuse, les chambres très propres et le personnel adorable. Je souhaiterais ajouter que grâce au personnel, mon mari et moi avons pu y passer la nuit car j'avais réservé sur hôtel.com, j'ai reçu par mail la réservation mais celle ci a été annulée sans qu'on me prévienne. Donc j'étais déçue du site hôtel.com. Par contre l'hôtel, je le recommande vivement!!!"

"We had a superior room which was rather tired and in need of a refresh and modernising. Ridiculously small duvet didn’t cover the bed! the fitted sheets were also too small and prone to coming off exposing the mattress. TV didn’t have any English channels. Note: The hotel is on a party street with music booming away until 4am on a Saturday morning so definitely pack your earplugs or join the party. Guy at the reception desk was not warm or friendly."
