"We were picked up at the airport right on time. No problems at all even with our group of 12. I stayed in a room with a view and a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked really well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They responded quickly to the emails I sent with questions before my stay. I will be returning at the end of the week and look forward to another 4 days of comfort. "

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We stayed as a family of 3. Lovely cold airconditioning in the rooms and some great in ground pools and jacuzzis. If you're up for a walk, a big shopping centre is only 10 mins walk away. The National Museum is next door, which is worth a visit. Great gift shop too! Some small shops near the hotel to stock up on beers and refreshments and a taxi ride to and from restaurants can be arranged for around...

"Good size room, and decent size bathroom, bkth very clean with excellent daily service. Spectacular views overlooking the ocean from the nice balcony, which has a table and chairs. Good hot water and water pressure in shower. Quiet and good sleep in comfortable bed. Coffee, tea, bottled water provided in room. Great Wifi. "I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists"
