"Staff very friendly & helpful. Great location right at Eden Pier. No need to walk or catch ride along beach to more distant resort. Nice breakfast. One night, had dinner on the beach with fire dancing. Walked to Lazy Beach & Sunset Beach. Also a close Minimart you can walk to within minutes."

"AC was very good. Room nicely set up. Water in shower could be hotter. Breakfast was filling with number options freshly prepared. Scrambled egg was good. Amazing location right on water. Beach keep very clean. Close to backpackers but music seems to end earlish. Lots khmer families seem to stay there so pretty quiet at night. "

"Superb. Very nice hotel on the beach with two swimming pools. Quite a lively Friday night performance, dancing, dinner. Super friendly & helpful staff. Walked around the area at night with no problem. 7/11 across the street. Some minimarts & eateries. Casinos if that is your thing. Not mine. The breakfast was crazy excellent. Did not expect. Vast displays of dishes to fill two rooms. Tastiest yogurt I’ve ever had. Nice self-serve expresso, latte, coffee machine. Had dinner at at a Chinese restaurant a few blocks away."

"We were due to stay in one of the beach front Tree Houses a couple of weeks ago when we stayed on Koh Rong. We were incredibly excited after seeing this place advertised on a youtube blog! I cannot fault the staff, they very accomodating and helpful. The bar and beach area is nice. The room however, was a disaster. There were slats missing on the steps up to the bungalow. Repaired holes in the floor, where you could see all the way down to the beach! Also unrepaired holes in rotten wood under the bedside table. This did not fill me us confidence! It then got worse.. The bungalow is not sealed so all sorts can get in. There was foliage growing through into the bathroom ceiling. Bugs on the bedsheets. One flimsy pillow each. Stained bedsheets and pillow cases. Blood and god knows what. The mosquito net was gross and dirty/dusty and filled with bugs. The toilet didnt shut. All the bathroom tiles were cracked with weird stains down the walls. Black hair all over the floors. Half drunk water bottles with juice in the tea and coffee area. Im not sure the room gets cleaned at all between customers. The view however is incredible. But sadly this did not make up for the lack of cleanliness and deception from the photos. This place needs some love to be brought up to a decent standard. We couldnt stay here and ended up getting a refund... for a few pounds more.. we left and found somewhere on Coconut Beach called Amor. Amazing."

"Amazing stay at Koh Rong Hill Beach Resort. Everything and everyone was incredible; great vibes all around. Big shoutout to the lady who made my Long Island every day, she nailed it every time. Only downside was the pool had a bit too much chlorine, which irritated my skin. Still, overall a fantastic experience"

"We slightly have problems with the ac, key card and the tv was not working for the first night. Our room was on the far end , there is not phone in the room so we have to walked back and forth. The beach is fantastic, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall we can say our stay there was great."

"This is a beautiful off the track resort on the west side of the island. Nice restaurant with delicious food. The staff is friendly and looks after any needs. There are about 25 raised stilt bungalows all are nice. "
