"Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. Room was clean and comfortable could have done with a lick of paint though but the whole place will probably be demolished soon anyway to make way for another bloody Chinese casino. Cannot say I enjoyed my stay in...

"Fantastic hotel. Rooms are big and well appointed and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area simply wonderful. It is set back about 200m from the beach and a10min walk to Otres2. Don't let this put you off as there is a golf buggy shuttle at your disposal all day. You can even arrange pick up up to 10pm every night which is a good idea as the road is dark. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always smiling and helpful.

"Very good hotel, beach and service
The bar, restaurant on the beach is fantastic, everyone try to do his best, special thank to Rich!!!
Of course Sihanoukvillle and the roads are under construction it will take some time but when finished it will be convenient for everyone...
Anyway you can spend a week in this hotel enjoying his restaurant, Captain Mike restaurant not far away and the islands in front..

"Owners were wonderful from the time of booking. Sent a tuk tuk to pick us up from the bus station. Greeted us on arrival with some drinks and great conversation.
Rooms are very nicely decorated. Beds are extremely comfortable, big flat screen tv with tons of internet channels, bathroom is large and bright, stocked fridge with tea/coffee maker and large wardrobe for your belongings.
Delicious breakfast is made to order and the owner is a great cook.
I highly recommend this guest house for any...

"Dette var ikke bra. Dårlige senger med tynn madrass. Gammelt og slitt, både rom og bad. Uappetittlig bad. Greit basseng. Det pågår byggearbeider på alle sider av hotellet, mye støy. Jeg valgte å bytte hotell etter bare noen få timer her. "

"Sadly my stay at the property was cut short by Sihanoukville going into lock down. Extremely professional staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a an excellent hotel by the beach once the danger has passed."
