"It’s was ok"

"The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious....

"Wonderful staff, clean & modern room, the complimentary Jamaican breakfast was great. The only negative thing is if you’re booking because the pool then don’t. The pool is literally one lane lap pool (could only accommodate one person) and it’s right in the center of the breakfast area and the lunch area. The pool was built more for decor instead functionality."

"The property needs some looking after. Generally, it looks as it if needs maintenance and staff. The entrance to the stair way had bird poop all over the railings. And it stay there the entire trip ( 5 days). There was no elevator and I stayed on the top floor. My room was nice due to the space however, the other rooms I booked (3 additional) were okay but the beds were extremely small. There was no toilet tissue nor any complimentary towels like that. There was a tv that didn't work , Wi-Fi...

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. I would stay here again."

"Restaurant food guality and dining staff were great. Room and beds were clean. Shower was just okay; low water pressure. Bathroom was small; there was no shower gel or adequate soap. ICE was inconvenient and pool was dirty and unusable I would stay again due to the dining staff."

"Wonderful location, clean, with a very comfortable bed. Older property with only somewhat noisy standing fans to cool - would benefit from quiet ceiling fans. Apparently continental breakfast is complimentary in the rooms, but we weren’t offered this and there were no details about in room dining offered. There were no easy options to get extra water or snacks etc and only one small bottle of water per person per day. You can order extra from the bar, but that seemed to be an unexpected request....

"I recently stayed at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel Jamaica in Kingston, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a unique blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, with beautifully decorated suites that are spacious, clean, and comfortable maintained areas, however this time my AC was broken I call 3 times before getting it fixed and then 3 days after it went out again. "This property offers free breakfast with your reservation. We were told that if we wanted lunch or dinner, we had to order the day before. But, breakfast was not ordered in advance as it is included with the room rate. The next day we were ready for breakfast, but the lady in charge of the restaurant had pretty much nothing to offer. Only one of us got a pair of eggs and toast, and the other one got spinach sautéed and toast."

"1) Rooms are extremely small whereas you can barely turn around. 2) the tv does not work properly. There was only one channel available. 3) the water pressure was soo low, we had to change rooms and were only able to barely take a shower."
