"This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. "The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without any issues. Juma went above and beyond to help with a vegan diet. The room was clean and the grounds/garden were beautiful. The hotel could use some upgrades, but they make up for that with their amazing staff!"

"My stay at this charming boutique hotel was very nice. It has a convenient location, with restaurants and a bank ATM just a short walk away. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. My room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond, arranging a late night supper, an early breakfast, and even a lunch box for my travels. They provide an airport transportation, too. Highly rec!"

"Was here for a week. Mostly it is a bus tour/start of hiking hotel, but I was there for family reasons so maybe experience differently. Staff and service are amazing. John the driver and Dorothy stand out. Very clean and accommodating in terms of the infrastructure. Great (unheated) pool and lovely bar. I really enjoyed the food. Breakfast (included) was awesome. It is not quiet because of the roads, so if that is an issue stay elsewhere, but overall I really enjoyed my stay at Panama Gardens....
