"We booked 5 rooms, one of them had sand on the bed, one had a leak in the bathroom but they came to fix immediately, and another one didn't have flat sheet. The hotel is quite old and has moldy smell, elevator is dirt. I would say it's 2 or 3 stars hotel not 5 stars as advertised. The only nice thing about this hotel is breakfast. They offer a variety of food and coffee. I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food."

"It’s a beautiful place but very inconvenient to get around especially staying at Villa. Our villa was so far from the beach. Our first night there was too much mosquitoes and bed was itchy until we asked them to change all bedding a few nights later. The villa was a very good size but not as well kept as I have liked. We got food poisoning from either the cups or the juices that we drink during breakfast buffet. Lots of their guests do not have food manners use hands instead of tongs."

"初めましてのフュージョンリゾートカムランのHideaway Pool Villaに5泊しました。 とてもお部屋も広くて部屋のプールも最高でした！！ どこにでもバギーが迎えに来てくれるので暑い中での滞在も快適でした。 海やプール2ヶ所も滞在中行ってみましたが快適でした。特にフュージョンファームは色んな動物がいてヤギさんにバナナをあげたり、早朝だとニワトリの卵を採ってそれを朝食会場で目玉焼きやオムレツにしてくれます。 帰りが遅い便だったのでラウンジを別料金で使えるとのことで利用でき助かりました。 非日常を味わえる素敵な空間でした！ ただ、スパと清掃に関しては人によって少し雑な感じがありましたが毎日大変だろうなと思うので許容範囲ないです。"
