"Overall, good experience. Great location and metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient for both airport and city centre.
- Check-in/Out - Process was smooth,
- Rooms - Were clean and well maintained.
- Breakfast - Excellent buffet spread
- Cleaning - Was a bit of let down. Was asked at check-in if we require room cleaning for everyday of the stay, which we confirmed we require. However, room was cleaned on Day 1 and when checked with reception, they said there was no records of our request and that we should have been informed to request cleaning with reception everyday of the stay. But, upon insisting it was confirmed at start - they did make up the room next day.
- Early Breakfast - Had an early morning flight to catch, so checked with reception prior day around 9 pm if we can get some packed to-go breakfast, which they confirmed cannot be accommodated and we should have requested before 8pm (again something was not made aware of in advance)
- Lack of any mini bar or even a bottle of water in the room. All need to be purchased at reception. Basic couple of water bottles could be expected especially for 4 start hotel.
Overall, good location and comfy rooms was all that mattered for us short stay, so we are fine with it"
