"The Brown Hotel is beautiful! It is like taking a trip back in time when you walk in the door.I love the architectural grandeur of the whole place, the elegant carpets, drapes, furniture, and paintings. The staff is so friendly, from the person who greets you at the door to the servers in the restaurants. Two of the meeting rooms are named after famous racehorses- Citation and Secretariat. "The Covington Hotel was very clean, in a great location, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hand soap and body wash in my bathroom were empty. There were two large stains on the carpets. The floors in the hallway were rather dirty and need replaced. The ceiling tiles in the hallway were gone. The exposed area was radiating a lot of heat and made the hallway rather hot. The restaurant was closed for renovations.
Valet parking was wonderful. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was clean."
