"Staff, grounds and food all exceptional. Room - no issues, exactly what you would expect in Nepal (Pokhara) at this price. Had an issue with a leaking tap, which I reported and was fixed within the hour. Only issue I had with this hotel was external - the Pokhara fun fair which is about 100 yards away and is loud - but that is only an issue if you are early to bed (before 9:30pm - as it quietens down then). "We enjoyed this little retreat. We were lucky on the weather and the mountains were SPECTACULAR for our 2 day visit. But, we also enjoyed the lovely gardens around Raniban. We did have them arrange transportation back and forth to the hotel because of the bumpy last bit of road. "
