"The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. "This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. "We spent four nights at the hotel before staying at a large, expensive all-inclusive resort. After the all-inclusive, we came back to Double A, which we preferred. "Very good property. Literally a minute away from the beach. Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. Also the complimentary breakfast at Mahi Mahi was also good. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Try to book room 7 or 8 for the best view (this might cost you a little bit more but it’s worth it)."

"We stayed here for four nights and decided to have only breakfast include so we could try different restaurants around for the other meals. The breakfast assortment was big and pretty decent. The room was spacious but we could see it was a bit old and very used. The staff was always nice and available for every necessity."

"We booked an executive suit for three. The room was cleaned on daily basis. All amenities were functioning properly and we had a pool that was also cleaned everyday. The includes breakfast was satisfying and had everything we need. The beach was very close, the service in the beach was super fast. The prices in the restaurant is not cheap but also not too high to complain."
