"Hard to be critical as the Hotel is 'under new Management' as of November 2018 and understandably there will be some teething problems. The potential for the place is massive. A lovely building with a (potentially) very nice garden, river view, games room/lounge/bar area, and a location on the outskirts of the centre of town allowing easy access to the sights. "This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are lovely and the food is good. Spent a lovely day relaxing by the pool which is very clean. Has come to Kandy for the Perahera and this was an oasis of quiet after the hustle and bustle. I would definitely book to stay here again."
