"旭岳ロープウェイに一番近い、最高のホテルです。部屋も清潔、温泉も最高でした。他のホテルと違い、温泉ホテルの場合には、部屋常備のタオルセットが2セット用意してありますが、こちらのホテルでは1セットしか無く、朝晩、温泉や部屋でのシワー、洗顔タオルが無く、不便でかつ不清潔を感じました。それ以外は食事も美味しいし、最高でした。"

Die Qualität des Essens ist absolut hervorragend, die Köche bereiten alles frisch zu in einer offenen Küche. Besonders toll ist auch das schöne Outdoor-Onsen, das perfekt und entspannend war nach unserer Wanderung. "

"Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and even helped drive us to the train station and stopped at the beautiful snowy sights around Biei along the way. This is a beautiful location, close to AKJ airport (by car, or by bus with a bit of walking). We decided to stay here because we wanted an easy location to stay the night after arriving in Hokkaido, before heading to the mountains. It was cozy, quiet, and clean, and we would stay here again happily."
