"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place.
to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Clean, good rooms and friendly staff.
Great location. Good value for money.
But the rooms could not black out during night time and you could hear everything from the floor above, hallway and also from the outside."
