"We had an unexpected change in our itinerary due to a flight cancellation. Expedia worked with the Hilton staff to move our arrival date and waive the change fee. This was an amazing blessing during a very stressful time stranded in an airport. We can’t say thank you enough! And the shuttle service and driver were amazing! So friendly and hospitable! "Hotel is beautiful. however I booked and paid in full months ago before arrival. We travelled very far to get there and arrived in the morning around 10am, we were told rooms are not ready, came back at 2:30pm rooms will be ready for us. We went out for lunch and came back at 2:30pm. after came back to hotel, they told us no rooms for us they cannot accommodate us and sent us away to a different hotel, which was far worse than the one I booked. "Excellent serene stay in the middle of a very busy city. Property is beautiful and the staff are lovely and very helpful. Not really a walkable area but Ubers are plentiful."
