"Lovely boutique hotel close to the station and centre of town - an easy walk. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower worked well and some toiletries were included. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. My only (small) issue was that the hallways are a little empty with an open stairway at the end so noise can echo around. I could hear other guests leaving their rooms in the morning. I still gave the hotel 5 stars though"

"there was no parking and no air conditioning. We were 3 people in a room and they gave us just one key which provided elevator access as well as our room access. When one person was already in the room the other two could not access the elevator to get to the room. Very inconvenient."

The furniture was outdated and worn, the bed frame and carpets showed significant wear, the drapes and comforter had holes, and the room had a strong musty smell. While the bathroom and common areas were clean, the room’s condition did not feel consistent with a 4-star property. On the positive side, the staff was accommodating and...
