" Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at Opal with my teenage kids and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated. Thank you, Opal team, for making our short stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!"

"Great hotel. Very clean room. Can’t praise the staff enough. Very responsive and courteous staff. Great location right on the Dead Sea. Wonderful views, beautiful sunsets. Gulf carts readily available to take one around the property which is quite large. Also enjoyed the spa, felt very pampered. Overall, wonderful stay. Highly recommend."
