"Room wasn't properly cleaned. Toiletries were not refilled. Gym equipment was faulty. Vending machines were faulty."

"The staff were wonderful and try.y wanted your stay to be accommodating. Easy parking and a good size room. The bed was not too comfortable but it was ok. The breakfast was good would prefer to have a lower calorie/ carb yogurt. Everything else was comparable to other chain hotel breakfasts. "

"The room was filthy but we were so tired that we slept and left as early as we could. There were 2 roaches in our bathtub. The food options were poor. And the staff when we checked in was very rude and the security deposit/ hold was more than the room itself!!! This was one of the worst La Quinta’s we have ever stayed at the carpeting is in poor shape and has stains all over!!! The mattresses were so uncomfortable and our ac barely worked!!!"

"So there was a lot of confusion when checking in. They gave me a room key to a room that was already occupied by a person and large dog( policy say no dogs ). Then they gave us another room. Apparently someone else staying same place with same name they got our accounts mixed up/ gave her my room and I got a second bill emailed to me after I paid via Expedia but was confirmation on a credit card that was not mine?????"

"Property was well maintained. Rented the jacuzzi room which was large and spacious. Jacuzzi should’ve came with instructions in room but it wasn’t that hard to figure out after playing with it for a few minutes. Hotel is right next door to a quiktrip which was nice to be able to walk and get snacks and other things. Would definitely stay at this location again when in Macon!"

"The room was nice and comfortable, and overall the hotel was decent. However, the hot tub didn’t work or get hot, which was disappointing. I also found used dirty rags left in the shower when I checked in. Housekeeping and maintenance definitely need some improvement."

"I stayed for only one night (Tuesday) and it happened to be the only night of the week that the restaurant was closed! My room was absolutely beautiful, but I was unable to open my windows to look at the view because my windows opened up to the hotel bar! Overall, it was a beautiful stay but I would’ve chosen a different room if I had known the bar would keep me up! The view was beautiful though"

"The breakfast was very good! The bed smelled very clean and fresh, and was super comfortable. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan were very loud. No frills, but overall a very good pick for us traveling through."

"First time I’ve ever checked into a hotel and had to switch rooms. The first room (queen bed with a sleeper sofa for 3 of us) was tiny compared to an interior cruise cabin. Also the door would not open. My husband had to shove the door open with his shoulder. When we checked in the front desk was working off of a print out of who was in what room. I wasn’t thrilled that the lady working the front desk made a copy of my credit card."

"The lady attending the breakfast bar was on the phone the entire time. She even cursed out loud while on the phone stating she regretted moving to the area. Very unprofessional"

"This is a nice clean motel for the price. Pet-friendly rooms are near an exit on the ground floor. Breakfast area was super clean. "

Hot water was empty for tea, had to get someone to fill it; water had sign that said lemon infused water but not a hint of lemon in it; sausage links were heated in water rendering them somewhat tasteless; some of the empty tables were not cleaned."

"The hotel was lovely and newly renovated. The complaint I had was there was a large group of young people/students who were hanging out in the lobby all night…literally all night. Speaking loudly in a large group, a few doors down from our room. It kept us up. I guess this hotel doesn’t have quiet hours?"
