"所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的，還有泳池沒有開放，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清，行政酒廊有沒有開放，然後賣四千元一間套房，真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢，其他都很好的"

"I usually stay at the nearby Shangri-la. But Shangqri-la wanted too much money this trip. So I gave Days Hotel a try. Days Hotel is located in middle of downtown, on 8th floor of luxury shopping mall. I was happy with my choice. Staff upgraded me to a suite. Also, staff was attentive. They jumped to attention everytime I approached one. Everything was fine at the hotel. No complaints. Good fitness facility. Complimentary buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. Buffet breakfast...

"酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯"
