"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."

"Für den Preis hätten wir ein frühstücksbuffet mit mehr Auswahl erwartet. Es gab nur Toast (keine Brötchen), 2 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Wurst und geräucherte Makrelenhäppchen. Obst nur Melone. Müsli war okay. Baked Beans, Rührei und Würstchen und Schinken. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Enttäuschend. Essen im Restaurant war gut. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war sehr schön."

"A wonderful 5-day holiday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. And the swimming pool helped in the 38C temperatures! St Aubin is a great location; away from St Helier, but just 20 minutes away by bus. The railway walk (3 miles) to Corbiere is just on the doorstep. A note for those with mobility issues: the hillside location gives great views, but entails a short up hill walk to the hotel; also, being an older building, there is no air...

"Crap uncomfortable double bed, scratchy sheets , mini bar congealed with grease , hairs in bath tub, crap air con. No maintenance or spend in about 25 years and breakfast was worse then premier inn. Avoid like the plague"

The hotel is clearly well cared for, with a warm, welcoming team who were always present without ever feeling intrusive. Every amenity—from the dining areas to the leisure spaces—was spotless and well maintained. It made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay that felt both personal and professional."

"The hotel is just perfect. The location is just amazing, our balcony had an amazing view over the beach and bay opposite. The outdoor pool is fab, and there's an indoor pool too. The spa is the best I've experienced. Amazing food, and even more amazing staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. It was particularly hot during our stay, so air-con in the room would have been beneficial. I can't wait to return."

"Nice place and lovely staff. People need to be aware that there is no lift at this hotel which we did not realise and was difficult for an elderly person when we were put on the top floor. Unfortunately there was a heatwave while we were there and the room was unbearably hot and the fan in the room was not sufficient . Good bus links to St Helier and Gorey."

"Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen."

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."
