"Good location"

"Close to town, friendly staff, clean and comfy room. The breakfast was nice but the cooked breakfast was not self- service. Around the hotel there were plenty of seating areas. Some form of entertainment was held each evening. Although there was a lift to the upper floors, there were however a lot of stairs. The adjoining wall was paper thin or we just had a very loud neighbour."

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"We stayed for a week in a delux side sea view room. The room was excellent with plenty of space, a comfy bed, lovely fixtures and fittings in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a slight negative though, the window had some condensation between the glazing, which slightly obscured the view. That said, it wasn't a major issue, but the window does need replacing. The food selection and quality at breakfast was first class. The staff also deserve a big thumbs up as they were always helpful and...

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"

"the room was very comfortable and clean and small issue of no tv remote was quickly sorted by staff. Staff on reception and in restaurant were polite and accomodating and tolerant of a large group! It was a very pleasant stay."

"We had a lovely stay. Room was great although parts of the hotel are a little tired but being renovated in time for summer. Breakfast and staff were excellent. I would stay with Best Western in Jersey again."
