"We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan.
From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to...

"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often.
Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."

"Positives:
The apartments are in a very convenient location above the bus station in central St. Helier. This makes it easy to travel around the island.
The kitchen had all amenities needed for our stay and it is located close to shops to buy food.
Staff were also friendly.
Negatives
Although the apartment was overall clean, the cot (for which we had to pay for) had stains all over it.
We also stayed in a town-facing apartment. These have no soundproofing meaning you can hear everything...
