"Really nice hotel and the spa is fantastic. A couple of suggestions to make it even better 1. Some of the guests said they had no aircon. Our room was great, but it sounded like a few rooms were without, which wasn't so good in the hot weather. 2. It would be nice to have more water in the rooms. "Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."
