"Queriamos un hotel en Ubeda-Baeza, y nos encontramos con Las Manillas, en Sabiote. Todo un descubrimiento. A un tiro de piedra de las anteriores, pero más tranquilo. El hotel en un palacio restaurado, realmente el contenido es todo nuevo, el "envoltorio" el de un palacio, como su nombre indica. El pueblo, Sabiote, tambien merece la pena, un patrimonio más que interesante, y como en los pueblos más pequeños, lo mejor es la gente, amable, y siempre predispuesta a la conversación. "This hotel is located in a tiny town amongst olive orchards with close proximity to Cazorla and the Cazorla Nature Park. It is a family run hotel, and the owner/manager goes to great lengths to make you feel more like a family guest in her home, than a guest in a hotel.
