"Seriously, what can I say? Fabulous hotel with a beautiful location and amazing staff. we stayed for 10 nights in a sea view room, gorgeous view and great to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening , we had amazing breakfast every morning with wonderful, helpful staff, after 2 days they knew our coffee order without asking.
All of the staff were lovely and so helpful. The reception staff , Angelika, Cassandra and Georgia were second to none. very informative and we were always greeted with a smile. There needs to be a special mention to Georgia. We discussed our day with her every evening, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We have left making a new friend in Kefalonia. She made everyone feel noticed. Thank you Grand Hotel , we will be back for sure ."
