"We stayed as a family in the middle of August. We had a nice one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with everything we needed. A/C was working fine and we had access to the pool in the nearby hotel, which was nice since the beach was superbusy. Overall a good place, and we had a good time, though it was lacking some charm. "I had to do a late checkin. I tried calling them and contacting them like 10 times, nobody responded to my phone calls. When i reached property I rang the bell but still no response. Couldn’t even get a room that night in the area. Had to drive 50 miles to the next city because of this and had to pay a lot more for the hotel caused me and my friends so much inconvenience. They also charged my credit card for the stay, when I didn’t even stay there. "
