"Hi, We have clearly mentioned that a baby(2 years 2 months ) will be staying with us, but when we arrived to hotel they refused for a baby saying that this is against there policy and later agreed to stay. We are given Room no.5 on top floor and attic is touching our heads, worst rooms I ever saw. Breakfast is not provided and they told there will be extra charge for breakfast. This was the worst experience in our life. Kindly take necessary action...
